We were told by the receptionist that our suhoor (early morning meal for Ramadan) would be served in our room but they didn’t. So, we couldn’t fast on the following day. When we made a complaint in the morning they said we should have come down to the reception to collect our food! We paid for the breakfast with the hotel room price. They called in the morning to say our complimentary breakfast was available until 10.30 am. How come that’s complementary when we paid for it? On top of that, they called at 10 am to ask when are we checking out!

The hotel was clean and the rooms were built new with advanced technology. It took some time to familiarize with the electricity controls as they were very confusing.

The rooms were very small, almost felt like a capsule hotel. The hotel also has a weird policy of not allowing outside food. First time I have seen such a policy. This is understandable for a restaurant but not at all for a hotel. I was told that I can only order outside food if I wanted to eat something which was not on the hotel's menu.

Staff is polite

The food served here is not upto the mark and undercooked, we told them multiple times to recook the food and give us but the staff did not understand and gave the food back as it is. The interiors and services of the hotel is not worth the amount they charge to guests. In same price we could have gotten a 5 star stay with much better amenities. Request the hotel to revise their prices accordingly.

The in-house restaurant and the room service were quite delayed. We had to call up repeatedly and remind them of the order we placed. Also, One of the reception staff on night duty was very unfriendly.

The cleanliness and the food

The room was very small and had no functional window.
