FabHotel Carnival - Nr Irony Market, Newtown

Great location

The hotel initially denied check in saying the price was not acceptable to the hotel. They made me speak to the owner of the brand and eventually I had to pay extra. Also soundproofing is poor and one could hear everything happening outside, which hampered sleep (on the ground floor)

I did not like the fact that I was used as a pawn in the problem between the hotel and the fab hotel chain. I was denied check in for an hour because the hotel owner had an issue with fab and he was trying to use my check in as a black mail to solve it. Very disappointing

The place mentioned in app is 6 kmn away from its actual location, couldn't even find it for 2 hours

Location, friendly staff, very good breakfast. At the waterslide cafe, the staff were very friendly and hospitable. partha and rugu are names I can remember. At the reception partha was outstanding.

Fab hotel diviera reception person was tooo too good he's so humble and kind and he give more respect personally i give him a 10 out of 10 .. And customer care person will arrange everything within a minute he understood my situation i dono his name that person only change hotel by same booking ID he's sooo kind and humble

In bathroom there is a window it will closed by only curtain it makes unsafe thats it
