I liked this property as because of it's location and after check in ambience was good and for food was very good

As a budget option the hotel was excellent and the location was good

The hotel had an elevator/lift that instructed guests to close the doors and played music as it went up and down. We had the furthest away but it was far too loud and continually woke us in the early morning. Without this s frustration I would have rated 10/10

Great location, close to Gujarati shops, restaurants, and temples. The road outside is not busy, so yoi will not be disturbed by any immediate traffic noise. Everything within short walking distance makes this an ideal location for a gujarti looking for a quiet basic stay. Staff are friendly, accomodating, and listen to concerns but are sometimes not quick to react. On the whole, our stay was pleasant.

Thr hotel facilities are basic and functional. Rooms are large but not clean. There is a comminication problem between the front desk staff and the kitchen, our breakfast order was either not communicated or sometimes not understood - this happened everyday. The manager did listen to our feedback and things started to improve. The hotel needs basic maintenace to be completed, I complained that the lift operating panel was falling off, this was repaired within hours. This could have been picked up by the manager on his/her daily walk arounds.

- Very nice and friendly staff - The rooms were nice with lots of windows to open (I appreciated that very much) but there was a strange cheasy smell all over the room which I only got rid of after 2 days opening the windows all day long. - Unfortunately the room was really not clean.
