Staff very pleasent

There is a musical rock bar which functions till 2.30 am and all occupants on the first floor have a miserable night unable to sleep looks like they should be taken in contempt of court for they did not forewarn us about the noise pollution

One Of the worst Hotel In Kolkata

This hotel feels like it's inside the club downstairs. Very noisy, didn't find out how late it went as I left and found somewhere else to stay.

Early check-in is possible.

It was noisy in the room because of the disco bar downstairs.

Staff politeness, timing friendly.

Unresponsive staff even after multiple calls at multiple times, smell of liquor throughout the hotel, used liquor bottle kept in front of the room, door lock defective, untidy, dysfunctional lift, Food charges does not match with its quality, no ventilator fan in the bathroom etc.
