I chanced upon this property on booking.com while on a visit to Kolkata and found it budget friendly and goof enough.I stayed on several ocassions on thisnproperty after wards.But I have marked that they have doubled their tarrifs during last six months but without any improvements to room amenities,design,decor or hotel facilities.This is not done,for afew more.bucks you can get a started property. The breakfast quality has rally gone.down while restaurant food is still reasonably good though with severally curtailed availability and also not as good as earlier. They need to work upon their house keeping since after increase in tarrifs every small details will have to be addressed. Their faults can not be ignored now as they can no longer claim to be a low budget property.

Rooms too small some of the staff would not even help to load unload your luggage from car boot

For me location and some of room service staff

Room size too small cleanliness, unacceptable noise pollution location although good but taxi can't come at doorstep due to traffic congestion at hotel junction. Too much follow up for pymt.
