Location,facility,Room was too small and suffocated,Atleast 2 to 3 times higher price than It should be as per their facilities. I will suggest to move toward new town than visit this property.

The room was okay Sheets on bed where dirty with Black marks ,I purchased food to eat after booking in . the receptionist then informs I'm not allowed to eat food purchased from outside !! Nothing in the rules provided when I booked ,what I am supposed to est outside on the street!! ,when checking out they where not friendly

The hotel has ongoing construction in entrance not informed ,

Thank you once more for doing this for me and treating me like royalty Hospitality is very good and his service regarding customer handling is awesome, One incident is happen in this hotel with me,I have forgotten my credit card in hotel counter and after one day weTo noticed , I lost my credit card and DL, I'm totally aghast and shocked but support & wholeheartedly cooperation of Mr Imaran ,m very Surprising that entire team of Hotel and Mr Imran (GM Sales) cowardly support and start to find the both card and whole day Mr Imran and his team did the level best to find the card and at last card found and Mr Imran Immediately called me Or intimate me your card has been gotten, please come and recive your card. I am very thankful to Mr Imran and his effort to search my card and found it back. Credit Goes To - Mr Imran Sales GM & His Entire Team Member.

Location is good

I stayed for 3 days and didn't like the cleanliness of the hotel. When you stay more than one day they will clean your room at odd times and will not give you priority. They will give priority to other customers. The packed item is 2 times overated. Apart from it the receptionist is rude even if you are paying 10k they won't give you a water bottle and try to charge 3 times. I surely won't recommend the hotel to anyone.
