I enjoyed a very nice room with a spacious balcony, and the breakfast was plenty, and a great variety. The owner/manager/not sure was friendly and provided me with good help and recommendations.

Large comfortable room.

Situated at the edge of town on the main road, so all amenities (restaurants, shops, etc) are quite a distance up a steep hill.

Exactly what I expected from the "old-style" hotels, efficient, helpful and friendly management at a reasonable cost for Greece in the 21st century. Useful back door on higher level to save time reaching town.

Location is at the bottom of the town, near the river, so the 15 minute climb on foot can be a bit tiring in summer heat - though a taxi is 5 Euro, if needed - though that's Konitsa, it's a hilly town!
