like the front desk staff who serve and answer questions well and gently.

change the staff who do not satisfy the customer and there is a cancellation of the booking because the customer does not like the way of service

Good location and staff

- Door was damaged before and l feel insecure about my belongings - Guest are family + kids..very noisy. - Back alley has dogs barking and people working - mosquitoes enter bathroom from back alley. Window has no mossie nets - WIFI very weak
