Very nice host with positive attitude.

Room and bathroom were cold, it took few hours to warm it up. The kitchen from description means only kettle.

This is a place just to sleep, no cleaning was done for three nights we stayed in, no toiletries were provided, no drinking water, no house keeping , n hair dryer, no trash bin in room, there is a small trash can in washroom. Towels and sheets were dirty, found hair follicles. No breakfast, we saw the owner once when checking in, she took cash payment and saw her again while checking out. We had to wander around kutaisi for breakfast which was a hassle because all of the places open at 9:00 AM. if you are looking for a place without any expectations just to sleep and leave then this is good , or else meh. Never coming back here again. not sure how they have so many reviews praising them. booking.com should check the authenticity of the reviews
