Hotel Rustaveli Kutaisi

Hotel is located near the city centre it's very clean the staff is amazing and friendly and it's value for money is good as well, breakfast was vary delicious they offer transfers from the airport and checking is super fast beds are very comfy

A small hotel located right on the road, very convenient for a short stay. Everything was clean, and the girl at the reception was friendly and welcoming. A great place to spend part of the night before heading to the airport

I can’t say there’s anything bad about this hotel — you just need to understand that it’s a budget place. It’s not meant for a luxurious stay, but it’s perfect if you just need a place to sleep for the night and move on.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The air conditioning unit wasn't functioning properly, making it difficult to get a comfortable temperature in the room. Also, the parking was far from the hotel.

Reception was friendly and profi, specially there was one guy who tried all he could to sort out all requests / big terrace

Aircon only in one room that is not efficient / poor messy and overpriced breakfast / no soundproof windows while hotel is next to busy street / no windows shades curtains

The building is pretty new and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy.

There was only one set of keys, no room service at all (we stayed two nights). The bathroom was very humid. Every evening some young guys were gathering in the lobby or right outside and chillin, it wasn’t quiet. The hotel is pretty far from the center but thank god Bolt is cheap af.
