Excellent breakfast, there was something there for everybody (sweet, salty, fruit, yoghurt, etc), it really was superb. The facilities, especially the wellness area was particularly clean and a pleasure to use. Dinner was exceptional, and the service overall left no desires unfulfilled. What impressed us particularly is that the staff, on two occasions, went above and beyond their duties. On one occasion, they stayed and waited for us to return from a concert to let us finish our dinner. And on another occasion, they drove us to a location that we needed to be at (we were running late). This was truly appreciated.

The hotel is evidently orientated towards a client base of German language origin. We noted that all the printed information was in German (with no translated info in Italian). Maybe this was the case simply because we did not see any Italian guests during our stay.
