Ein sehr schönes Ambiente

Außer das Rührei was mir frisch gemacht wurde beim Frühstück, war der Rest nicht sehr frisch

The stay started off really well. The lady at reception on the first day was very kind and welcoming, which gave us a good first impression. We stayed there for 3 nights.

On the second morning, there was a local power cut (which we understood), but even after electricity was restored, our fridge never started working again. When I called reception, the staff member raised his voice and said: “I can’t possibly get you a new fridge. What do you want? If you want ice, I can get ice.” The rude and dismissive tone was unnecessary and unhelpful. On the final day, I ordered a coffee from room service that never arrived, and we had to leave without it.

Wie jedes Jahr habe ich auch in diesem Jahr meinen Urlaub im Don Giovanni verbracht und mich wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Urlaub ist das mein zu Hause.

Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Personal war nett.

Bettlaken hatte Löcher. In der Nespressomaschine war noch Wasser von keine Ahnung wann.
