Eu fiz uma reserva de um quarto com cama de casal e uma de solteiro, quando cheguei no hotel a recepcionista me informou que esse quarto não estava reservado para mim e por isso não estava disponível, e com isso me colocou em um quarto de 2 camas de solteiro ( com minha aceitação), fiquei sem entender pq recebi um e-mail de confirmação logo que fiz a reserva.
