Albatros Beach House

Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty beach and bar just backside of the hotel. Great place to chill. Close to each facility. Thanks to housekeeping and hrakles!

My score is based on the whole experience, as it follows: 1/10 for the person who is managing the communication channels: Stefania Kirioti. I’ve never seen such bad communication skills, lack of understanding, inability to manage a simple request, not to mention lack of politeness. It felt as if she was too busy to bother to answer to my messages and even phone calls. On the only occasion that she answered my calls, she seemed disturbed and shouted “give me some time”, but still proceeded not to honour my request to extend my stay for another day. 9/10 for the property itself, staff included (the receptionist was very kind and helpful, the cleaning ladies the same. The room looked like the pictures and was very clean. The only downside was the fact that the pool is facing the street, therefore you don’t have much intimacy as you can see the cars passing by and the pedestrians. (1+9)/2=5

Very friendly staff, they change your towels every day, it was very clean. Good location - the place is near to the center and taverns and also very near to the beach. The owner was very kind person. I will definately recommend this place!
