Hotel Primula

The staff, all of them, were so thoughtful, kind and caring, we really felt as if we were part of a happy family team. The restaurant was very good and the food excellent.

Our room was very small for a 7 night stay with 2 adults and two small dogs, and a little cramped and dark. The green lights inside the glass-fronted fuse box stayed on all night and shone too brightly to ignore.

Good location, very pleasant staff, very good evening meals and breakfast provision. Convenient car parking and the ability to charge the car on site. Very helpful staff on ski passes and accommodated our request for a triple room.

It would have been very helpful if the hotel knew the times of tunnel closures on the exit from town as this caused a major delay to our return journey which could have been easily avoided if we had known.

Great room cleans , new towels etc every day
