the entire facility is impeccably clean to be matched only with the highest standard of professionalism and courtesy of the entire staff. this is truly an exceptional locale handled by gracious and “always there when you need them” staff

The breakfast setting was unbelievable - almost heavenly. The staff were genuinely helpful and caring. Fantastic quality in everything. The roof hot tub is a unique experience.

I love technology but found that the app used to control everything did not make life easier. Also, in our room, both WiFi and 4G were poor.
