"Worst experience at Ramada - avoid"

Poorly training staff Uncourteous Flies in restaurant Poor service in restaurant Beds very small and uncomfortable Very bad approach to hotel due to construction work Overall very bad experience. Avoid at all cost

Everything was great, expect the location of rooms

We asked for poolside view room but they didn't provide it by giving a lame excuse that the hotel is fully packed due to wedding. They should have informed the same to the online platform about such situation. Rest everything was good,specially the staff and their hospitality is commendable to say the least.
