Overall experience, staff behaviour, food taste and quality, room size and facilities, etc.

1) Location of the hotel is very far from City center, Gomti nagar and other visiting areas (i.e. hazratganj, immam bara, chowk market, etc) 2) lots of dust and traffic jams at main entry & exit of Hotel due to lucknow Kanpur elevated road construction 3) facilities (games, pool, etc.) are not available for sometime, due to group booking and their functions (mainly marriage related)

There were small insects in the room which were making us itch . Food was just average
