Some of the staff had to be pushed at times, but were willing to meet requests. This was the only positive. Other staff were dismissive.

Bed linen wasn’t clean. Toilet was smelly. The overall air in the hotel was stuffy. Seems like an amateurish place. Might seem value for money, bit definitely not in terms of what was advertised. I’ll avoid next time for sure.

The location and the price and room space.

1. The bed/pillow wasn't clean. 2. No hot water in tap, but they provided hot water in separate bucket. 3. Very strong smell of perfume or something strange in the room which have us a headache. 4. The staff nagging us and asking for extra money for the visitors during the afternoon who came just to exchange greetings and were leaving together in 30 min.
