The water did not pass through in the bathrooms, and the room was utterly dirty

I booked the room from booking.com but when i reached the hotel, the staff then told me that they booked it offline and the house was full. Although they did recommend me to another hotel but there they gave me a single bed very small room even though i booked a double bed one. So, don't book a room with this hotel, though i don't trust this website anymore either. It was my first time with booking.com mmt is much better i think.
