Nice and clean.

Well, the agent when we checked in was not friendly and didnt even look at us while checking in. Indoor pool was open the 1st day but when we went to swim the next day it was closed. Went to outdoor pool and girl at register said if we had a wrist band it was free. We didnt have one and was not told about it at check in.

Pool was closed. Game room and rooms a little dated.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pillows and bed were the most comfortable we've found anywhere.

We are used to hotels and missed the readily available coffee and hot water, water in the lobby. I like to use the fitness room, but there wasn't one, and we did have rain and I would have like to have used a treadmill or bike.

booking.com said there were no balcony rooms, we ask the clerk when we got there and there was a balcony room.

There was a lot of space. Bathroom was huge and bed was comfortable.

Spiderwebs in corner areas. First night outlets didn't work by bedside and window. No internet access.

Dinning room had great windows and very nice. Menu was okay but not thrilling. Staff was very friendly and helpful, Room was a mini-suite with small refrigerator and microwave. Not intended for in room meal prep. Nice seating and great bed. Beautiful fireplace lounge.

The shower was complex and required a trip to the front desk where we were given an instruction page for all of the nobs and shower heads. It should have been in the room. The water temperature did not operate very well. The Inn had turned off its boilers and we hit a cold spell. We did get a space heater and some extra blankets. It was very expensive. Discounts were available if book directly through the State Park. Discounts were not available through Bookings.com
