"A home in Mae Sai"

The location is great! Easily accessible by a songthaew and near the border area. The room was very spacious as well. Even if the staff don't speak English well, they were very helpful and accommodating.

The door to the toilet didn't lock properly, but I didn't really mind that much.

"Pleasant"

Booked 6 rooms. But one room is smelly and noisy. Noise from street permeates to the room. Didn't have good sleep.

Good service and helpful staff.

The room was at the far end near the street, and it was quite noisy. It was difficult to sleep with the loud bikes passing by so often. Also, the bathroom was extremely small.

It was a nice, clean room in a bright and spacious building, which isn't always the case in Thailand in this price range. The main sights are a cozy walk from the door.
