Hotel Temple View

Only Location.

We booked a local sight seeing mini bus through the hotel. The owner/manager gave us a printed document where it was written that bus will start at 2:30 p.m. we planned everything like that and we were about to go for lunch but then he said you have to go to a different place, we didn't know the streets and reach there at 2:00 p.m. When we reminded him that your printed documents says 2:30 p.m. why are you insisting for 2:00 p.m. he said printed document is old but then why he gave us the old document? and why he did not cancel out manually and at least he could have written by hand also for that he had no answer and got angry..we had no time to take lunch and we had not taken any breakfast also we told him that we cannot do like in such a short span of time either allow half an hour more or cancel tour and refund my money, he said "whether you go or don't go" you have to pay the money because we have booked the seat. very painfully we reached bus stop and their bus person came after 2:30 p.m. we kept waiting without lunch and driver started at 3:00 p.m.. Had the bloody hotel owner/manger told us we would have taken lunch. The manger is so apathetic to his customers. We will never stay again in his hotel.
