Great property clean and very understanding and cooperative Stuff great for the price. I have stayed there with the family room, which includes a bath tub, and a normal rooms were clean. Hygienic ACs worked pretty good and the complimentary breakfast also was amazing every day

Good service by staff especially Shubham, good communication over there. The space is well utilised, and the swimming pool is clean. The food was very nice. Overall good service.

I like the ambience and cozy swimming pool. Good behaviour of staff. Cleaning is good.

The staff was great. They were attentive and proactive at times. Shubham on the other hand was really great support. Loved their hospitality and their support 10/10 for the location, overall staff support, and their customer centric spirit.

We stayed in the room that we had on Day 1, saying we got an upgrade to VIP room, which was good as it was spacious had smart TV. The room we were shifted to for day 2 and 3, it was a complete flip, no cutlery, half the plugs were not working, no smart TV had dish to which was as good as not having one. Felt like a scam for a moment, but then it was the hotel rules and we spent very less time in the room.

Karan, the staff in the night, he made tea for us early in the morning, he should ideally be handling the day time as the guy on the reception was not too welcoming That's it, rest all was abysmal

Do not go by the pictures, superbly misleading Bath tub doesn't drain, the staff thinks we don't know how drains work and told us bath tubs drain slowly. Yes we were born yesterday and only shower from a village well. Air conditioning in a room was not working, after a lot of discussion they shifted to another room, and that room was empty, no pilows as well until we had to ask The pool was so filthy it could've easily started a new pandemic. Didn't seem there was absolutely any filtration active, still and dirty water
