החדר לא היה מספיק נקי, על המצעים היו כתמים - שכשביקשנו להחליפם הביאו מצעים אחרים מוכתמים, עד שלבסוף קיבלנו מצעים נקיים. קיבלנו רק 2 מגבות גוף , גם הן לא לגמרי נקיות ומאד משומשות, והיה צורך לבקש מגבות פנים - ויש לציין שנתנו לנו מיד כשביקשנו. לא היתה הפרדה בין המקלחת והשירותים ולכן בכל שימוש במקלחת כל הרצפה הוצפה והשירותים נרטבו, על חלון המקלחת הודבק עיתון למניעת הצצה. המלון רחוק מ old manali ומ new manali אבל מתאים למי שרוצה להיות דווקא במקום שקט.

It's a good hotel with decent facilities. Hot and cold AC was working well and hot water was available round the clock. Hotel canteen was also good. Toilet was very clean and bed was also very clean.

It could have been clean, particularly the bed area. Lot of dust on the floor and corners. There is no MAT outside the bathroom. It's location is also a bit problematic if you want to rely on walking. About 2.5 kilometres steep climb is needed to get to the hotel. However, auto drivers know the location very well. It costs Rs. 250 from mall road.

Super nice personnel, quickly reacting to solve problems. Beautiful views from the balcony. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. The room was spacious and very well equipped.

The only problem may be the location, far from city centre, with a rugged road. It can get pricy to get there.
