Quarto amplo e muito confortável. Banheiro com ótima ducha e uma pia com bancada larga. Tudo é novo e feito com material de ótima qualidade. Há armários e mesas para guardar e apoiar objetos. Várias tomadas pelo quarto.

Embora o estacionamento seja gratuito e em local coberto, cada vaga é muito apertada. Quem tem carro grande tem muita dificuldade de manobrá-lo. A cama de casal é junção de duas camas de solteiro, criando uma fenda no meio desconfortável. Local onde é servido o café da manhã é muito pequeno.

Quarto muito amplo, proporcionando bastante conforto. Ambiente extremamente limpo e organizado. Funcionários solícitos, simpáticos e educados. Café da manhã excelente, com boa variedade. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e de ótima qualidade

Estacionamento um pouco apertado. Elevador pequeno. Falta de espaço adequado para secar as toalhas de banho. Localização um pouco afastada: cerca de 20 minutos a pé do centro histórico de Mariana e 20 minutos de carro do centro histórico de Ouro Preto.
