Es war sehr freundliches Personal.Noch von meiner Anreise und auch während unseren Aufenthalt hatte ich Fragen gehabt auf die ich gleich eine Antwort bekommen habe.

Das ist keine Minuspunkt, aber wir hätten ein bisschen mehr Auswahl am Frühstück. Das war alles frisch und die Frauen die uns am Frühstück bedient haben waren sehr freundlich. Aber wenn man paar Tage länger bleibt will man was anderes ausprobieren.

Svédasztalos bőséges reggeli volt. Az igényeinknek tökéletesen megfelelt.

Everything as expected and staff super friendly. Just a short walk to the gondola, ski rents and lift pass ticket shop. Supermarket 100m away, along with cafes and bars within 500m of the accommodations. Easily accessible by public transport. Great place to stay when visiting the area. Have already recommended to family and friends.

The proximity to the cable car for skiing was great, just a 2/3 minute walk, which was our main priority. The hotel was very warm, which was great, especially during the winter when it was -2 outside and after a long day skiing. The beds were comfortable, clean and there was plenty of space and storage in the bedrooms. The owner, Peter, was very nice, spoke excellent English and was friendly and helpful, when we saw him.

We were a bit disappointed with the lack of options of places to eat or anything else to do in the evenings within a walkable distance. Sadly the breakfast was really poor - just cold meats (ham/salami), sliced cheese and cold scrambled egg, which had clearly been sitting there for a couple of hours by the time we got there at 9. There were also some cereals and jams, but again, very basic and not very appealing. Coffee was premade and in a dispensing flask, and they don't even have a toaster, so it was ham, sliced cheese and cold egg on bread for day 1, and we ate elsewhere for the remaining days. A real shame as with the addition of a toaster and maybe some freshly made eggs as an option, it could have quite easily been much better. The rooms were fine, but quite dated - the showerhead slider didn't grip the riser pole, so I had to tie it on at the top using my wife's hairband to hold it in order to shower, but that worked well so was ok. Also the duvets were 2 singles, despite having a superking bed, which wasn't ideal, but we managed. We chose our room because it had a lovely modern kitchenette, but there was sadly no kettle or tea/coffee-making facilities, which would've been nice, and we planned to cooked a couple of basic meals to save some money, but being new year's eve / day, the nearby supermarket was closed, so that was the end of that idea, but even if it had, the equipment was a bit lacking so I'm not sure it would've been possible anyway.

Our apartment had a new kitchen that was very clean with a complete set of dishes. Also equipped with a very good tv with lots of possibilities. Always a free parking space right below our balcony was very neat. The apartment was very clean and we got new towels every day. Breakfast was phenomenal and staff was very polite and approachable. The proximity to the Pohorje lift is amazing (less than 5min walk).
