Ambience, Location, delicious restaurant food, spacious rooms, clean hygienic, no outside street noise disturbance & peaceful corridors and courteous staff!

Windows dont open from inside of the room - The outward look of a balcony is deceptive. Bathroom Exhaust don’t function, hot running water is not fully functional, too frequent power cuts but power is backed up again.

I stayed for 10 days ; so the staff took all measures to make my long stay a good one. On days when there was no hot water, they immediately got that fixed. The mini fridge was very helpful during the summer stay. They even gave me complementary breakfast, which was not included by Booking.com

The shower wall had some small cracks that made the water seep in to the bathroom area; maybe they can fix that. Something about a constant smell in Indian hotels (its in all hotels, not just this one) needs to be addressed. Dusting/cleaning should be done with clean and maybe disposable cloth...
