Clean, tidy..

There was a power cut so no food served, have booked the room just an hour prior to arrival so could have informed us?!

Lovely rooms. Great breakfast options. Clean throughout. Lovely dinners

My main shower head didn't work and although I reported it, it still didn't work the next day so I had the use the small hand held shower head both days.I also struggled with the stairs as I am disabled. I asked on check in if there were stairs to my room and I was told there weren't, but there were!

Unresponsive staff. They don’t offer early check until the day of your stay. One staff member tried to charge £50 to check in 1 hour early

The rooms were excellent - very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is set back from the main road and is easy to find with good parking facilities. However, it is quite a busy road and that does mean that there is some traffic noise.

The breakfast was satisfactory but not exceptional. The range of items for the continental breakfast was pretty limited.

Arrived early hours in the morning after a wedding, staff were reassuring beforehand that there wouldn't be any issues with checking in. The process was very easy and there were friendly staff.

On arrival the room was very cold, and the small radiator in the room took a while to heat up the room (the stay was in March, so it could definitely be colder in the winter months.
