"Kon beter"

Locatie was goed. Rustig gelegen, weg van de drukke straat. Op 10 à 15 min wandelen van het strand. Zwembad zag er goed uit. Lekker ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Wij waren teleurgesteld over de kamer. De kamer ziet er op foto veel mooier uit dan in werkelijkheid. Kan zeker wat opfrissing gebruiken. Leek ons ook niet echt proper. De spiegel in de badkamer was vuil en er zaten vlekken op de lakens. Daarnaast was er ook geen toiletpapier voorzien & hadden we geen wifi op de kamer. Verder was er enorm veel schimmel in de badkamer! De schimmelvlekken begonnen zich ook al te vertonen in de kamer. Erg jammer!

Schöne Anlage mit Pool etwas außerhalb vom Trubel. Große und helle saubere Zimmer.

LEIDER WURDE DAS ZIMMER IN DEN 4 TAGEN NICHT EINMAL GEREINIGT. KEIN MÜLLEIMER ENTLEERT UND AUCH KEINE SAUBERE TASSE HINGESTELLT. EIN FÖHN WAR AUCH NICHT VORHANDEN. SOWIE KEINE. PFLEGEPRODUKTE. UM 14 UHR WAR MEIN ZIMMER AUCH NOCH NICHT BEZUGSFERTIG DAS FRÜHSTÜCK WAR SEHR EINTÖNIG,

Chambre grande et confortable. Piscine agréable mais le matin ou fin de journée car sinon pas d'ombre. Petit déjeuner sympathique.

Assez loin à pieds de Mirissa Beach et alentours. Pas de bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée et quelques équipements non fonctionnels (douchette, ventilateur..)

Lovely staff. 10 minute walk to centre of merissa and 15 to the beach. Beautiful pool, comfy bed. Delicious breakfast and the staff catered for my coeliac/gluten free friend. Reliable AC and hot water!

"Einmal und nie wieder!"

Die Lage

Direkt oberhalb unseres Zimmers stand ein riesiger Tank für die Warmwasseraufbereitung. Dieser Tank wurde jeden Morgen um 07.30 Uhr automatisch entleert, was uns den Schlaf raubte! Eine Intervention beim Hotelpersonal nützte nichts. Auch ein Telefonat mit dem Hotelmanager führte zu keiner Lösung. Wir verliessen das Hotel nach drei Nächten. Von einem Entgegenkommen (Rückerstattung oder Ähnliches) wollte der Hotelmanager nichts wissen. Green Hill: Einmal und nie wieder!
