There’s a lovely, laid-back atmosphere throughout the property that just makes it easy to unwind. What really sets this place apart is the personal touch—the little things, like helpful local tips, a friendly chat, or making sure you’re completely taken care of. You can tell they truly care about their guests. Location-wise, it’s ideal—close enough to all the action in Mirissa, but still peaceful enough to get a great night’s sleep. If you’re looking for authentic Sri Lankan hospitality with an awesome host and a relaxed vibe, this place absolutely delivers. Would 100% stay again.

It was hot weather by Sri Lanka standard maybe 3-4 degrees above normal. We felt the room was hot during the night so I would suggest to ask for extra peddle stood fan for extra cooling.

Amazing family, so nice and made me feel at home! The room was very clean and comfortable with a cute hammock watching the plants in the garden. Very nice place in a quiet rural area, 10 minutes walking on a very beautiful road from the Main Street.

On a passé un super séjour ici, hôte adorable, chambres spacieuses, petit déjeuner délicieux, tout était parfait ! On recommande, qualité-prix au top !

This was our favourite place we stayed in the whole of Sri Lanka and the last place we stayed. I can’t thank Modisha and her husband enough for how well they looked after us! We felt so safe and like we could ask for anything, they always helped us with getting tuktuks and had bottled water for us. We had an amazing breakfast everyday which they baked fresh every morning and gorgeous fruit and coffee. We also got our laundry done which was folded ready for us the next day. Would come back here if I came back to Sri Lanka and recommend it 100% to anyone visiting mirissa!

The only tiny downside was there was no air conditioning and it was very hot when we stayed, but there is a fan! :)

El desayuno súper rico. Modisha y su familia nos acogieron y nos cuidaron súper bien ayudándonos en todo. En el jardín hay muchísimos animalitos. Habitación limpia y cómoda.

Une famille avec un super accueil, ils nous ont aidé à louer un scooter et ils étaient très à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner est fait maison tous les matins. L’emplacement est au calme sans être trop loin du centre.

Je déconseille cet hébergement aux personnes sensibles à la chaleur car il y a un ventilateur au plafond mais il fait tout même très chaud la nuit.

Очень дружелюбная семья,чувствовал себя как дома,можно арендовать байк Завтрак очень очень вкусный,вернусь сюда еще ❤️

Unglaublich liebe Gastgeber, die wir richtig ins Herz geschlossen haben :) Das Zimmer war sauber und die Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Grünen, circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis vor in die Stadt. Das Frühstück war auch mega und am letzten Tag wurden wir sogar noch zum Bahnhof gefahren. Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft!!
