Zimmer teilweise stilisch renoviert, aber ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer bekommen

über 1 Stunde gewartet, um nach einem Telefonat den richtigen Zimmerschlüssel zu bekommen nie jemanden vom Hotelpersonal persönlich angetroffen es wurde kein Frühstück angeboten

The beds were comfortable but we had to remove the plastic linen that was wrapped over the mattress and the topper because it caused us to sweat a lot. Once removed the bed was fine.
