Hotel Gâlma

Staff was friendly. Exept hotel manager. He was rude and unprofessional. He disturbed entire hotel until police arrival.

Hotel manager disturbed every one with loud noise party. No wardrobe, hangers. Very splippery between swiming-pool sauna and rooms. Very dangerous.

Really clean, a lot of facilities, great staff, good food

My bed was really squeaky. Most the things that the hotel offered were "awkwardly" situated. The beanbags and the hammock for example were by the street, which kinda gives you not so much privacy. The living room with the pool table and a TV was connected with the other rooms, so the noise could be bothering. The pool had only three chairs.

We liked the location and the facilities: the sauna and the pool were great! It was very clean and the staff very nice. As the hotel is located in a very quiet area in the middle of the forest, this comes with advantages and disadvantages: if you are a dog person, is ok because they will be there to welcome you and ask you for food; if you are not a dog person, the mountain dogs might be a little scary...

Well, the shower in the room didn't have hot water, but it didn't bother us too much, as we took showers when we got out of the pool. For this reason we didn't even asked for the problem to be fixed 😃

Beautiful area, forest, very clean, beautiful interior, newly renovated, hot water, excellent conditions, very kind staff, car park. From there you can walk (or drive) in many interesting directions in the Bucegi Natural Park. A 10+ hotel from me!

The breakfast was OK. The pool is a bonus, it is not big, but it is fine (and not crowded). The bed - very comfy. It was very warm in the room. Mr. Cristi was very kind and answered all our questions.

The fact that there was no warm water in the morning. The restaurant was open only for breakfast, since the cook was ill.
