De locatie.

De accommodatie heeft geen eigen terras. Tegenover de voordeur stond een tafeltje met 2 stoelen maar dat was tevens een looppad voor andere gasten. Voor zo'n dure accommodatie verwacht ik wel een eigen privé terras

The facilities and location.

Nothing . All as you would expect in a 5 star hotel.

The rooms and the amenities are outstanding. The resort is near Sparta and the Castle ruins offered plenty of shopping, leisure and sightseeing. Excellent breakfasts and gourmet dinners. The best in Greek food offerings.

The swallows! There were too many and our room had a covered porch where they had nests. One bird pooped on my husband's face. There were alot of ants and bugs as well. The bug situation may be the time of year. Again, a beautiful facility filled with nature's flowers and creatures.

Οι ομορφοι εξωτερικοί χωροι , ευρυχωρα δωματια, εξαιρετικό service ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

Το προσωπικο καθαριοτητας συχνά μιλούσε και φώναζε δυνατά μεταξύ του στους κοινόχρηστους χωρους και εξω απο τα δωμάτια. Θεωρώ οτι λίγη περισσότερη προσοχή στο επίπεδο θορύβου θα βελτίωνε σημαντικά την εμπειρία των επισκεπτών.

Fantastic location for a visit to Mystras. It was good to be there early before it was too hot and busy. Amazing breakfast selection, served in a lovely room. Outside areas beautifully maintained and with lots of space by the pools. Quiet room.

The bedroom was a bit dated. No bottled water for the room although provided when we asked. No hooks in smallish bathroom for towels, etc. No porter on duty until late morning and not able to use the trolley which meant we had to carry all our luggage some way. Despite being told we needed to book a table, we were the only people in the restaurant - great food but no ambiance.
