Súper cómodo, exclusivo y excelente ubicación.

Quizá no es tanto que no me gustara pero sí como sugerencia: la alberca necesita un poco más de limpieza: tenía muchas hojas y bichos en ella. Fuera de esto, todo excelente.

La habitación está muy cómoda y espaciosa.

No hay black out en todas las habitaciones y el servicio del desayuno en el restaurante tardaba entre media hora a una hora para que pudiéramos comer todos. La ubicación no queda tan cercana a lo principal de paseo Montejo ni del centro.

La ubicación me pareció muy buena, muy cerca del centro y la salida hacia los pueblos a visitar 🙂. La habitación amplia y agradable y la cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El personal muy atento 🙂

"A beautiful hotel with a dirty pool"

Pros The room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. A huge shout out to the housekeeping staff. I have never had a room so well organized and maintained in my years of travel. The staff were very helpful and the staff in the restaurant were lovely.

The pool was horrible and not maintained. Why I am giving this property a low score is because of the pool. Don’t advertise you have a pool and charge the prices you do if you can’t maintain the pool. We booked this property because of the pool. It was very hot and we wanted to cool off after touring but couldn’t because the pool was extremely dirty and there was no place to lounge except a big wicker dirty chair. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the pool. If you don’t care about the pool, then definitely stay here.

"Comfort, style, & service all A+++"

Wonderful hotel. Beds are super comfortable, loved the essential oil diffusers in the rooms. Nice bar and restaurant, warm and professional staff. Quick uber ride to centro or a nice walk. Quiet and restful.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

"Wonderful hotel in beautiful Merida"

The property is kept in excellent condition. The cleaning service was wonderful - they clean the floor and add aromatherapy each day. The beds are so comfortable! The staff is friendly and there to help with anything you might need. The breakfast is delicious and the breakfast room is beautiful.

We have no complaints.
