Pool is nice. Breakfast is good.

Washroom was not cleaned well. There was a bad smell coming from washroom.

The room's are very clean and comfortable

Thay don't have any food category for kids.

Very good customer service, the boys are friendly and helpful

Nothing, the property was utter disappointing. I am now doubting why bookings.com have it a good review.

dirty, the room was small and suffocating, and full of dust. The electric Kettle had lines of dust, and no way to use. When asked if they would provide tea bags, they said no. The towels had holes in them, the shower did not work, the bathroom taps leaked. The staff was unsupportive. We were sitting an a massive cockroach came scrawling. There were smaller cockroaches near the bed. No fan or AC in the lobby, and all in all it was a complete disappointing. So much so that we cut-short our trip to the town and left in just one night - that too because we couldn't cancel it and make arrangements that day itself.
