Simple and comfortable rooms. Located a short walk from some restaurants, and not too far from the beach. It's a quiet location which is great. Staff are friendly and helpful.

No tv as stated and at times difficult with communication

i have a ac room, and the hotel was close by feet from the beach.

I found a cockroach on the bed, i drop it on the flood and i kill it and the ants eat it all. i found 2 greeko in the room also. we can see green clouds of algae coming off the bottom of the pool when swimming. There is a lack of pool maintenance.

A very comfortable place - a spacious and modern room with a nice bathroom which is not so obvious on Sri Lanka :) AC and a fan as well guarantee a desired room temperature. There is an electric kettle and a tea/coffee bags at the guest's disposal and the owner serves a welcome drink while completing the check-in. The room is spotlessly clean and so are the sheets. There's also a swimming-pool in the garden - just wish I stayed longer than only a night before flying back home, I would have certainly used it :) Had no time to visit a beach which is not far away. All in all a perfect place to stay in Negombo, can recommend it!

The location is perfect, the place is quiet, owners very helpful, good amenities, extremely clean living room and bathroom, AC works perfectly, all of this for a fair price.
