"Excellent location, comfortable, clean, dog friendly"

We were at the extension, at the car park. Room "Troubadour", all recently refurbished, new, clean, tidy, coffee machine, TV, good mattresses, excellent location, right in the centre, dog friendly hotel, easy to find, convenient car park

Room a bit small, noisy outside being at the car park, street light too bright, maybe walking shower instead of a bath would be more convenient for elderly people ( we had this issue with one of the people in our party).

"Nice central hotel, but pub makes for noisy rooms."

Location in central Newbery was great, the restaurant had good food.

Our room was very noisy due to bar below and parking was difficult during the day due to limited space in the lot.

Nice, welcoming hotel with cosy room. Breakfast was fresh and catered to dietary needs. Friendly, helpful staff. Onsite parking. Great location

The noise of the doors closing was so loud. Our room was right by the main stairs and every time they were opened it would slam shut. Maybe a slow close door would help this issue?
