Good reception and attentive staff - Room was clean and spacious. Bed and linen was good. Access into a out off the venue was easy

The car park was not signposted so I couldn't find it and ended up parking in the public car park. The bathroom required more lights or brighter lights since it was too dark. The radiator in the bathroom didn't work even though the thermostat was turned up to 5 We paid for the breakfast at time of booking which relates to over£10, we were not allowed any orange juice since it wasn't on the menu and both my wife and I ordered an egg benedict and all the eggs offered on our plate were overcooked and solid. We also didn't get any more coffee - so not worth the £10 per person I paid especially since egg benedict was costed as under £9 on the hotel menu. (The £10 referred to full English)

Cleanliness Free parking and breakfast lovely. Location is the very best.

Provide White dressing gowns like they display in the adverts Poor lighting. Very dark. Tiny window is all we get so it’s oppressive. Don’t like Outbuildings remind me of Butlin’s Fake wooden beams on ceiling and massive clock that does not even work. Strange wooden fixtures in bathroom are totally inappropriate and rickety.

Lovely room

Very clean and well kept. Close to all amenities in the town centre. Great staff and good atmosphere.
