"Cockroach infested hotel ! Stay away !!!"

Location is the only good thing about this property . Stay away !!!

The property was infested with cockroaches . Particularly in the bathroom but also I found one on the pillow . I had to vacate the property in the middle of the night when I have noticed the cockroaches and was left to sleep in a lobby . Booking.com assistance was terrible so far. I spent £500 on alternative accommodation and was only able to check in at 2pm leaving me homeless for 12 hours . Property management denies responsibility and booking .com has not been helpful either . Stay away !

A központban van.

A recepcióst nagyon nehéz volt megérteni. Csak horvátul beszélt , angol alig. Több mint fél órát kellett várnunk minden nap a szálláshoz vezető sorompónál, hiába hívtuk a recepcióst. Röhögött és össze vissza beszélt .Érkezésünk előtt 3 nappal elküldtük a rendszámunkat a szállásadó kérésére, hogy regisztrálni tudják az autónkat, hogy be tudjunk menni a sorompónál. Ez mégsem történt meg. Két egyforma szobát foglaltunk . Mégis az egyikhez volt erkély , a másikhoz nem. Ráadásul a két szoba nagyon messze volt egymástól . Az egyik szobában egy csótányt találtunk . A fürdőben pedig hangyák voltak . Az ágynemű foltos volt.
