The staff were very nice.Room was so big and comfortable. Foods were good taste and good price. We can relax with wachong beautiful sunset. I am going to recommend this place to everyone.

This is a small hotel right on the beach in Ambondrona, a lovely stretch of sand. It's great value for Nosy Be. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Some of the staff speak English, and everyone was able to communicate in clearly spoken French. The owner arranged an excursion for us to Nosy Komba and Nosy Tanikely at a fair price. The restaurant isn't overly expensive and the food was excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable although it's by no means luxurious. There's tons of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's not something we didn't like because we didn't expect or want a/c but you should be aware there isn't any. The fan worked well, but it's hot in Nosy Be - 33C during the day and high twenties overnight.

The staff is amazing! Everybody is kind and ready to help you. They can organize the trips around the islands and to other island for you. The food is really good! And they can also prepare things that are not on the menu, if you ask in advance. 10 points to the staff, really really good!

The rooms are old, which makes it hard to keep them properly clean. Although the location is amazing (right at the beach), the balconies of the ground floor are a bit useless, since the restaurant is right there! So, no privacy and also noisy. A bit of renovation and this hotel could charge much more not only for the location but also for the staff and food.

We were not customers but friends .They tried everything to satisfy our needs.

Perhaps the mattress on the bed was a bit thin and hard.

No hot water. Weaker wifi - not strong enough for a video call. Taste of food in restaurant is so-so and you are surrounded by dogs/cats with fleas. Sometimes staff from kitchen sat under the windows and talked very loud and I didnt feel like I got privacy. Same was in the bathroom windows, didnt feel there that I have privacy.. Their preference is that we pay in euro but they are not returning money in euro. The room had 4 beds, but there was just one fan.
