La atención de su personal. La ubicación con respecto a los atractivos. La limpieza de sus instalaciones. La comodidad de la habitación. La cama limpia y cómoda. Había plancha, lo que agradezco mucho.

The location is excellent, the bed is comfortable, nice view to the hill and teleferic, clean room. access to clean tap water and bottled water.

a bit noisy at night during the weekend because there is a bar near the hotel. the bathroom door must be fixed to cover the whole space because it has an open space at the bottom.

It's definitely on the tired side but compared to similarly older/unremodelled places I've been they're putting in more effort to keep it clean, have some newer sheets, etc. It's obviously well located, bed is comfortable, and I was able to get hot water but it took a bit. If you're not too picky you can do worse. The best part was the friendliness of some of the staff.

It's loud (street and local bar noise) but as much as anything that's down to location. You'll need earplugs and/or a white noise app unless you're a very heavy sleeper. The biggest negative is simply value. That may reflect the (local) touristic nature of Orizaba, but I definitely felt like I was paying about 20% more than elsewhere in Mexico for this class of hotel.

Ceiling fan made the temperature pleasant; English channels on TV; blackout curtains

Pillows are not the right type for sleeping; couldn’t wait longer for hot water so both had cold showers; room doors are metal so they made weird noises the whole night so even ear plugs couldn’t block the noise; when having shower the whole bathroom floor and even some of the bedroom floor becomes wet so it becomes a mess if you want to go back to use bathroom after shower

Lovely staff who were always smiling and attentive. Hot and cold filtered water on each floor. Room was compact but clean and had everything you need with a really comfortable bed and view of the mountains. Great shower with hot water and nice pressure. Perfect for one person or two who really like being close together at night.

I didn't really like the polyester/nylon sheets and bed cover - the cover kept sliding off the bed and the sheets made me feel hot.

Great location and the price was right. Shower was strong and hot. Internet was stable and fast. Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows. Staff was very helpful and they remembered me from my previous stays. Many cafe’s close by and near the zoo, river, teleferico was 1 minute away.

Towels were still like sandpaper. Everything else was fine.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.
