Large room with kitchen, dishes,bath, washer dryer,great view balcony nice toilet paper, near train station!

Washing machine was long to finish.

Terrific location. We loved the balcony, and the view of the castle lit up at night was magical. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to assist us. We would love to come back and stay longer.

Sadly it was raining for our stay and we didn't get to see as much as we would have liked

The View was considerably cheaper than staying in Hakone. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

There was considerable noise transfer (footsteps) from the floor above late at night, during the night and early in the morning. It sounded like they had quite a few children running around. This impacted on my sleep, on the first night. After they left it was much better! The futon beds were not that comfy.

Size of the room, layout, bathroom, and facilities were amazing.

Air conditioning was temperamental, challenging to set the temperature you wanted.
