Hôtel Restaurant Zum Schnogaloch

The staff were great, very accommodating, friendly and efficient. The bar and restaurant outside the hotel was excellent. Altogether a very good experience.

My only complaint was the lack of climatisee in the facility. We came in the middle of a heat wave and the room on the 2nd floor was hot. Thankfully, they had a fan to mitigate the heat but unfortunately it wasn't enough for a comfortable night's sleep. Global warming is a reality!!

L’accueil glacial, la chambre avec une propreté douteuse (grosses taches sur la moquette), des oreillers très inconfortables et des sanitaires plus que vétustes. Bref, à déconseiller pour passer une nuit romantique !

Das Schnoagaloch ist einzigartig wir waren bestimmt schon 10 x dort immer auf der Durchreise so ein charmantes nettes einfaches Hotel Der Flammkuchen-elsässer Art- ebenfalls super lecker 😋

Lage im Zentrum von Obernai. Restaurant in und am Haus.

Renovierungsbedürftig, Toiletten fehlen in manchen Zimmern oder sind auf dem Flur, Fliesen in der Dusche sind kaputt...

Sfeervol oud hotel

Zeer onvriendelijke dame die ons ontving. Geen visitekaartje!

This is an authentic accommodation in middle of old, lovely downtown, in a more than 4 hundred old building. The room was quite old school, like last reconstruction was in the middle 70s, but correlates the style of the house. The beds were fine, it was comfortable and fine to sleep in them. The hotel has a good restaurant with good meals and staff. The wine was above expectations.

A few update of painting would be necessary and maybe the bathroom door also needs some overthinking.

Une personne en particulier désagréable. Pas de parking.

Personnel sympathique et agréable. Petit déjeuner sympa et économique.

Chambre vétuste

Historisches Gebäude in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage,, nettes Personal, auch wenn die Kommunikation eine Herausforderung war 😀, gute Lage, Gutes Frühstück

Die Zimmer waren sehr warm, das ist aber dem historischen Gebäude geschuldet, dafür hatten wir in einem 40 Jahre alten Gebäude übernachtet.

C’est une des plus belles maisons. Très bien pour les nostalgiques des hôtels à l’ancienne. J’ai bien aimé.
