A környék, ahol a hotel van.

- 9 hónapos babának nincs reggeli választék ( egy gyümölcsös bébi étel sem ) - a fürdőszobában a csaptelepet már csak a lélek tartja a helyén - folyamatosan büdös van a WC-ben és a fürdőszobában is - a lift nem működik, a másodikról kell a babát lecipelni babakocsistól - a wellness részlegen a gyerek medence vizének hőmérséklete HIDEG - stb... Ez egy 4 csillagos hotel?????? SZÁNALMAS, SOHA TÖBBET!!!!
