Otautau Hotel

I stayed in the flat excellent value for money. Tv didn't work but the duty manager went out of his way to get it working including a new part! Brilliant service thank you so much

The facilities were all really clean and the staff was very friendly overall. There was a bar downstairs that also included a restaurant.

I didn't think the price was fair for what the facilities had to offer. Overall, the stayover was pleasant but the room didn't offer much else apart from a bed and a chair (& a bible). The bedrooms didn't have their own bathroom attached but they had to be shared with other guests (similar to hostels with private bedrooms). The price-included-breakfast was self-service, offering only toast and some cereals and there was no coffee machine. Overall, the stay was pleasant but I just think that it was a bit overpriced for the spartan facilities you get.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. But was okay. Gutted didn’t get my take away cheese cake that I paid for.
