Rooms need to be pest control as I see cockroach everywhere. Partial payment request from facility after shown as no prepayment comments. Recommend only solo travellers

The room is nice

The service was terrible. I called them three times to confirm the booking, but no one seemed to know what was going on. At one point, they just hung up the phone. I decided to go to the place anyway, but when I arrived, there was no one at the reception. After that, they couldn’t find my booking, and I had to wait for 45 minutes while they tried to figure it out, even though I had clearly booked through Booking.com. No one was helpful or polite.

It’s spacious, clean mostly and with all properly working amenities. And it was near to my work place and the Panjim city. And they also helped with renting a bike there. And the staff was so friendly and nice.

There were some cockroaches here and there

They messaged last minute to say our room was not available as they were fully booked. We had just arrived from the airport and had to quickly find a new place to stay which was a stressful start to our india experience.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Excellent staff. Staff was incredibly kind and efficient.
