We like the location is nearby the beaches

The staff didn't provide any RO or Mineral drinking water, not having any soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, and the bucket mug was not supplied by the hotel administration.

It was horrible to see the hotel as it is totally different from the above photo shown while booking. No water, frequent power cut within half an hour, no hygiene, broken comode, torn towels, unsafe feeling, no proper entry from reception ..overall not recommended for stay with family and kids. Hence I cancelled the booking on 26.12.2022 within half an hour of entering in hotel. Matter has been reported to booking.com as well as fabhotels for processing my refund which was paid for booking confirmation. Refund still awaited.
