I had an awful experience at Hotel Otopeni and would not recommend this place to anyone. The quality of service is extremely poor, from the accommodation to the transport. First of all, the airport transfer is complete chaos. You are told that the car is waiting for you at "parking exit door D". For someone unfamiliar with the airport, this direction is completely useless. The parking lot is massive, and if you don't know the exact area, you end up wandering around aimlessly trying to find the drivers. It is a poorly organized system that ruins your experience right from the start. Secondly, the coffee provided in the room is completely undrinkable and of the lowest possible quality. To make matters worse, the reception area is full of stray dogs wandering inside, creating a dangerous environment where you feel like you could be attacked at any moment. However, the worst part happened last night. I woke up at 2:00 AM feeling thirsty, and when I turned on the tap, the water in the sink was completely yellow and filthy. This is unacceptable and highly unsanitary! I even have a video recording of the sink to prove this absolute mess. A total lack of respect for customers and unacceptable conditions. Avoid this hotel!

Hotelul nu are lift ( oamenii care vin acolo vin cu bagaje si e foarte neplacut sa urci la etaj cu bagajele ) La etajul 4 nu prea curge apa si apa s-a oprit citeva ore fara avertisment , noroc ca am reusit sa dau sapunul de pe mine pina apa s-a oprit de tot pina dimineata )

Camerele sunt ......jalnice ( sa nu curgă apa, la toilette, cum vi se pare ?
