Bardzo miła obsługa. Serdeczni ludzie, starali się.

Jakość do ceny słaba, obiekt nadgryziony zębem czasu. Śniadania absolutnie złe, dawno nie spotkałem się z tak słabymi śniadaniami. Bardzo niska jakość produktów.

Der Wellnesbereich wirkt schon etwas alt und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Alpensauna allerdings sollte so bleiben wie sie ist.

Camera pulita con bagno nuovo, ascensore al piano, SPA (piccola ma carina) con piscina interna/esterna riscaldata. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti freschi, buffet della cena abbondante ed i cibi serviti al tavolo erano tutti con prodotti a km 0. Staff gentile e disponibile, struttura pet friendly con fermata del bus a pochi metri dalla struttura (bus 172) che porta in pochi minuti al centro di Ortisei o Castelrotto. Proprietari veramente unici. Alla prossima!

Our stay was amazing! We had a huge room with a beautiful view on the mountains and a valley, very comfortable and plenty of space to relax. The property has great amenities as well, such as pools, saunas and even a game room. We found the location good as well, close to all the ski lifts but away from the crowds. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the parking is also available. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was super helpful and always friendly, no complaints whatsoever. We always felt like we were taken care of. We had breakfast and also had dinner at the hotel. The dinner was amazing every day, for the great price, we could have a buffet with appetizers and a 3 course meal every day, very convenient and organized well. Food was also great and lots of options. Definitely worth it! Overall, the stay was great and we would like to come back again!
